Put keys for buddies into Keychain

Currently, fishy only saves keys set with /setkey into the keychain. This means that keys from automatic key exchanges never go into the keychain, so the first messages of people with a prio keyx will be unreadable.
Fishy won't put every key from a /keyx in Keychain to prevent putting too much garbage into keychain, as we would make a new entry for every simple nick change.
A solution would be to use Keychain for recognized buddies, and also put keys from /keyx into Keychain for these.
